Be still.
Just breathe
And I will breathe through you.
Be still.
Just breathe
And all will be well.

My beloved brother Cain
So now two goats, on an altar lay, One for the devil and one god’s own prey.
One and the same, from the eye that sees high, Yet down in the shadows that view is denied.

Below, as above
As above, so below

A prayer for a troubled world
Father Sun and Mother Earth
Spirit of a sacred birth
Show us now our paths to tread
give us courage for what we dread.
Fill our hearts with love so pure
that we may heal as we endure.
And healing ourselves
one by one
help heal our world
and return to One.

Separation and love
Woven into the fibre of my being
I unpick you,
Stitch by painful stitch.
Some shimmer, some shine
And some stink of hell’s pernicious brine

Blank page
Stuck between breaths
Can I endorse
Life’s twists and turns
Or do I rail
And shake my fists
And feel I’ve failed?

Midlife Wife
The jail I thought my love did bind
is merely a figment of my mind.
This Mid-wife journey, this Mid-wife stage
revealed the true power, of my rage
